North Village Park is a 184 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Moberly, MO that has immediate openings.

We are currently seeking a RCC.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support residents and team.

• Assist with daily operations.

• Maintain safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Licensure/Certification:

• RCC (LPN or RN)

• We are currently seeking a team leader who has strong leadership skills, a rehabilitation focus, and is challenged by high acuity residents, to be the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC). Requirements is to possess an unencumbered Missouri LPN or RN license, previous long term care experience, a commitment to total Quality Management, strong assessment, and documentation skills, and enjoy working with the elderly. Experience working with behavior challenged residents strongly preferred.
