We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop Laborer. This position is hands-on and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and can meet the daily demands of the shop and provide excellent customer service to our community.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Physically active and able to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day; able to be on your feet for 8 hours/day

- Open to learning new skills and adjusting to changing shop needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general shop tasks including lifting, moving, and organizing materials while providing support to technicians
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide friendly, helpful service when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods
- Previous labor or shop experience preferred but not required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or auto industry is a plus
- Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds
