Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and responsible PART TIME Non-Commercial Driver's License Tow Truck Driver with experience to join our dynamic team. MUST HAVE A CLEAN BCI AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
In this role, you will be the frontline expert in vehicle recovery, towing, and roadside assistance, ensuring that vehicles are transported safely and efficiently.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks with a focus on safety, adhering strictly to cargo securement protocols and traffic laws.
- Perform vehicle recovery towing, including flatbed and vehicle mechanics for truck drivers, ensuring proper handling of various vehicle types
- Load and unload vehicles safely onto tow trucks using manual transmission skills and mechanical knowledge.
- Assist customers with roadside assistance needs, providing excellent customer service while managing conflict situations professionally.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, incident reports, and shift documentation for accountability.
- Follow all safety procedures during vehicle loading, unloading, and transportation to prevent accidents or damage.
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving, flatbed towing, and car towing operations
- Excellent driving skills with a valid non-commercial driver’s license; experience with manual transmissions preferred
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for handling heavy or awkward loads efficiently.
