Nick DeMaio State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist to aggressively drive new business across two high-performing locations. This role is built for competitive professionals who thrive on outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing.

What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
- Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
- Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward decision
- Track daily activity and consistently hit monthly production goals
- Maintain compliance with agency and state regulations
Licensing Requirements
Full licensing is required.
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process
