A well-established, relationship-driven boutique law firm in Michigan is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing practice. Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
• Assist clients through probate and trust administration matters
• Provide practical legal guidance to individuals, families, and business owners
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
• Manage client matters with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Maintain strong communication with clients, courts, and internal team members
• Participate in business development and community relationship-building efforts as appropriate

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Michigan Bar
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant legal experience preferred
• Experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, or business law strongly preferred
• Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture
• Client-first mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity
