Electrician

Nichols Contracting, Inc. (NCI) is a family-owned and operated Construction and Contracting business headquartered in Columbia, MD with offices in Royal Palm Beach and Orlando, FL with a team of 170 employees. NCI is a full-service general contractor focused on providing premier services in all aspects of the construction process, from concept to completion. We manage a broad range of commercial construction projects, including new construction, tenant fit outs, and renovations. NCI services a diverse group of markets including federal, state, and local governments, as well as a variety of corporate and special industry organizations that require complex life safety and critical infrastructure needs.

We are seeking an experienced commercial electrician for immediate hire. The ideal candidate shall possess an active journeyman electrician license and have a minimum 5 years of experience. Experience is a must in, bending conduit, installing panels, installing transformers, disconnects, light fixtures and receptacles. This is a fast-paced job that requires excellent pipe-bending skills and attention to detail. Job sites will vary in South Florida area. Company vehicle and phone provided. Compensation based on experience with a 90 probation period.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 yrs. experience

· Clean driving record

· No criminal record (background check required)

· U.S Citizen

· Must speak, read and write in English

· Must possess good quality electrical hand tools

· Must be able to commit to a 40 hr. plus work week.
