Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-time Front Desk Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls accurately using professional phone etiquette
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
• Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation
• Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
• Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and updating databases
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times,
• Upsell Memberships and resell and Re-book clients 25 members quota expected.

Skills

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Prior office management or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones and printers is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette
• Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant roles is advantageous but not required
• Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and basic office management tools enhances performance in this role
• Must be of age 22 to serve alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Must be able to upsell and sell memberships, try 25 per month
• Must be able to rebook customers for lash fills for sales.
• Flexibility to work some weekends.
