Sales Office Support I
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our sales department as a Sales Office Support.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM will have to work Sundays when needed
Pay: $20.45 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer hotline and provide triage support.
- Assist other members of the SOS team and DSR’s outside of assigned district as necessary.
- Participate in continuing education and remain up to date on product and systems knowledge and training.
- Serve as direct point of contact for DSR’s in assigned district and assist with general administrative needs.
Required:
- At least 4 years customer service experience; call center and/or food service experience preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Previous Microsoft Office and Outlook experience.
- Previous experience with ISeries, Powersell, or equivalent is a plus.
- Previous experience with VOiP communication technology is a plus.
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM is a plus.
- Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Learn new products, procedures, and applications.
- Initiative and ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
- Coachable self-starter with the ability to work independently with little to no direction.
- Excellent, professional communication and problem-solving skills both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience working in a similar setting.
