Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads and prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Customize insurance packages across auto, home, life, and more.
- Deliver clear, professional proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and trends.
- Use modern tools and tech to enhance your workflow and client communication.
Requirements
- Sales experience or a strong drive to learn and succeed in a sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Organized and self-motivated, with great time management.
- A current Colorado insurance license or willingness to get licensed quickly (well help you get there).
- Tech-savvy and eager to use tools that make your job easier and more efficient.
Salary : $38,000 - $68,000
