Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dental Hygienist position based in Las Vegas, NV. The Dental Hygienist will provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services including scaling, polishing, periodontal maintenance, fluoride treatments, and patient education tailored to individual needs.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing medical and dental histories, assessing periodontal health, taking radiographs, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with the doctor to support comprehensive treatment planning. The role also involves educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care while helping create a calm, comfortable, and positive patient experience.

Qualifications
- Strong clinical foundation in dentistry and preventive dental care
- Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures including scaling, polishing, and periodontal therapy
- Experience identifying and managing periodontal disease and ongoing maintenance care
- Current Dental Hygienist license in Nevada (or eligibility for licensure)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to take dental radiographs
- Strong attention to detail and accurate clinical documentation
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Friendly and professional chairside manner
- Strong teamwork and time-management abilities
- Previous general practice experience is welcomed, though newly licensed hygienists with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
