Position Overview
We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and field teams across active projects. This role is heavily operations-focused and is critical to maintaining organization, cost control, and overall project efficiency.
This is not an entry-level administrative role—candidates must have prior construction experience and a solid understanding of how projects run in the field and office.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with daily project coordination, tracking, and execution
- Manage purchase orders, material procurement, and vendor communication
- Track project costs, invoices, and job budgets to ensure financial accuracy
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and reporting
- Process and track field timesheets and workforce data
- Assist with scheduling updates and coordination across teams
- Ensure consistent and timely communication between office and field operations
- Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements
Qualifications
Required:
- Prior experience in construction (field or office)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and sense of accountability
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and project lifecycle
