Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Fishers, IN. The Carpenter will work on residential remodel projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and outdoor living spaces, ensuring high craftsmanship and adherence to design plans. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting drawings, performing demo, framing and finish carpentry, installing trim, cabinetry, doors, and windows, and safely operating hand and power tools. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards. The Carpenter is also expected to maintain a clean, organized job site, follow all safety procedures, and uphold professional communication with clients and teammates.
Qualifications
- Strong general carpentry skills with experience in residential remodeling.
- Proficiency with hand tools and safe operation of power tools.
- Experience in framing, including walls, floors, and structural components.
- Skilled in finish carpentry, including trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry installation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to job-site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Fishers, IN.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
