Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Facilities Custodian to join our team on a part-time basis. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-organized, hygienic workspace while developing valuable custodial and maintenance skills.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (20 hours per week)
Pay: Based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Restocking restroom and janitorial supplies
- Assisting with facility setup and breakdown for meetings and events
- Performing minor maintenance and repair tasks
- Securing assigned facilities at the end of each shift
- Reporting maintenance and safety concerns
- Maintaining grounds and exterior areas as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work professionally
- Custodial experience is preferred but not required.
