Receiver
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as a Receiver. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Rotating Schedule:
Monday to Friday 4:30 am to work is complete, Saturday - Sunday off
· Sunday to Friday, 4:30am to work is complete, Wednesday - Saturday off
Pay: $19.00/hour Incentive after training
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the inventory counting processes and perform periodic inventory audits.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, inspecting for damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the purchasing team to resolve any issues or discrepancies with received items.
- Verify the quantity and quality of items received, ensuring accuracy in comparison to purchase orders, and packing list.
- Organize and stage received merchandise in appropriate storage areas, ensuring proper placement and accessibility.
- Inspect and identify any defects or damages in received items, notifying the appropriate team members for further action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and ensure accurate and timely processing of received items.
- Accurately record received items in the inventory management system, entering information such as part numbers, quantities, and serial numbers.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and software’s.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and vendors.
