Duties

- Handle correspondence via email and phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with office duties and manage clinic supplies and needs
- Support administrative functions such as managing patient appointments, and supporting other clerical tasks
- Provide support as a medical assistant as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Experience
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Experience with front desk operations and clerical tasks required
- Familiarity with EMR software a plus
