The Paralegal will serve as a key member of the Compliance Department, providing comprehensive support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with previous experience in a corporate legal department or law firm. Competitive candidates will have experience supporting litigation and transactional matters, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research. Additionally, this individual should have the ability to demonstrate discretion, sound judgement, and manage multiple priorities in support of a high-demand environment.
