Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: up to $135k base benefits inc vehichle allowance
Client: Commercial General Contractor focusing on interior fit-outs, mixed-use, higher education, k-12.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Manage estimates and bids from initial review through final submission.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and general estimating.
- Develop scopes and review subcontractor pricing.
- Work closely with operations teams to develop complete and competitive bids.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and trade partners.
- Organize and manage estimating data, bid documentation, and project information.
- Present estimates internally and support client presentations when required.
- Assist with business development and project pursuits.
- Support projects primarily throughout Metro Atlanta with minimal travel.
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience with a General Contractor.
- Experience independently managing estimates.
- Experience across one or more of the following sectors: K-12, higher education, municipal, hospitality, office, multifamily, commercial interiors, adaptive reuse, or renovations.
- Strong quantity takeoff and subcontractor solicitation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- Strong estimating software skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Based in Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate.
