Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Springdale, AR

Salary: Up to $120k base

Responsibilities:
- Lead estimating efforts and mentor other estimators within the division
- Manage bid processes and coordinate with clients, design teams, trade partners, and field teams
- Develop detailed project estimates, conduct quantity takeoffs, and perform specification reviews
- Review and interpret drawings, lead preconstruction RFIs, and coordinate value analysis initiatives
- Prepare and manage trade partner bid packages and evaluate proposals for accuracy and competitiveness
- Support project strategies and preconstruction planning to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners
- Document estimating processes and maintain accurate project data
- Participate in company improvement initiatives and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction preconstruction or related project management
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and standard scopes of work
- Experience with CMAR and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with preconstruction platforms such as On-Screen Takeoff, BlueBeam, ConCntric, or BuildingConnected
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
