Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in C# and .NET development to support enterprise CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing, developing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while working closely with business and technical teams in a hybrid work environment.

Note: This role is focused on Dynamics 365 CRM development. PowerApps and Power Platform experience are not required.

Responsibilities from development and support perspective
· Gather and analyze new and changing business requirements for the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
· Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet changing business needs.
· Develop and implement technical solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM as needed.
· Provide training and support to end-users.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
· Perform system testing and quality assurance for any changes and updates.
· Stay up to date with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM system.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
· Strong understanding of CRM workflows, customization, and configuration.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
