Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Laborer at Niche Gardens LLC located in Greer, SC. The General Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks, such as planting, constructing, and moving heavy objects. The successful candidate will work together with a team, as well as on their own to ensure all jobs exceed the customers expectations.
Job types includes:
Pool & hot tub instillation, Retaining wall installation, paver patio installation, some plumbing, some electrical work, dump-truck driving and equipment usage once trained in the field.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outside in warm / cold temperatures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license is required
