NICE Recovery Systems is a Boulder-based manufacturer of performance and recovery products used by top orthopedic surgeons and professional athletes. We are a small, founder-led company but are rapidly growing both domestically and internationally. Compensation range for this position is $20.00/hr. Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Brand Graphic Production Design Intern to join our team this summer. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that will produce company graphic requests into high quality print-ready and digital-ready pieces based on our brand creative guidelines, building asset management systems, and making sure our marketing materials are reflecting our framework tone of voice.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
• Refining and finalizing marketing and sales materials: one-sheets, research slicks, trade show collateral, and social templates into polished, brand-compliant deliverables
• Auditing our file management system and building an improved process for organizing and distributing assets across Marketing, Sales, and CS teams
• Assisting on photo and video shoots — prep, setup, on-set support, and post-shoot asset organization
• Supporting social media content creation and editorial planning
• Owning at least one project end-to-end with a clear, measurable outcome
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
REQUIRMENTS
• Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator; is a requirement
• Obsessive attention to detail: comfortable making precise edits across many documents simultaneously
• Adjusts to shifting priorities, new briefs, and evolving creative direction without losing quality
• Strong organizational instincts; you enjoy building systems and bringing order organizational processes to your work
• Collaborative, can-do attitude; comfortable executing without extensive oversight
• Communicates clearly with project leads, takes direction gracefully, and incorporates feedback effectively
• Translates written concepts and briefs into clear, compelling graphics with purpose and clarity
• Portfolio or coursework examples showing production-level design work
NICE TO HAVE
· Basic video editing experience with Adobe Premier and After Effects
· Experience supporting photo or video production shoots
· Experience with DAM tools such as Dropbox, Bynder
· Experience with Project Management tools such as Basecamp, ASANA
· Experience working with Figma
· Experience working with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Claude

· Based in Boulder, Colorado, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements (onsite presence is preferred).
