Staff Accountant
The Finance team at Nice Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Staff Accountant! In this role, you’ll execute full-charge accounting duties working with amazing teammates across all departments, recording financial transactions from payroll to deferred revenue, and closing the books monthly.
What you’ll do at Nice:
- Assist in timely monthly close of financial records
- Create and/or modify accounting procedures, promoting efficiencies
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Reconcile subsidiary ledgers
- Maintain digital financial records
- Participate in audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning
- Adhere to and suggest improvements to internal controls
- Assist in overseeing the generation of invoices to clients and subsequent payments in compliance with contracts
- Assist in overseeing the allocation, recording, and payment of bills in compliance with the Authority Matrix
What you’ve done before:
- Obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Worked 5 years in full-cycle accounting
- Gained 2 years of experience in a SaaS or related recurring revenue industry
- Become highly skilled in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
- Honed decision-making skills to ensure accuracy and comprehend global impact of decisions
- Earned reputation for accuracy and attention to details, being well organized with good time management skills, and quick with a 10-key by touch with accurate data entry
- Proven your ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
