Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and administrative skills to join our sales team. The Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining sponsor and client relationships, coordinating program activations, and ensuring seamless operational execution. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in sales, relationship building, and partnership development within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, account management, and support across the sales team.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsor communications and requests, including creative updates, logo implementation, activation coordination, and program timelines.
  • Support sponsor retention and relationship management through timely communication and seamless execution of deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to track sponsorship assets, partnership commitments, and client deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of sponsorship proposals, sales presentations, pitch decks, and written materials.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and outreach efforts, including scheduling, correspondence, agenda preparation, and follow-up communication.
  • Conduct research on prospective sponsors, industry trends, executive backgrounds, and company objectives in preparation for outreach and meetings.
  • Manage sales materials, contracts, invoicing, reports, client databases, and partnership tracking documents.
  • Assist in the execution of sponsor activations and onsite partnership experiences to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship, sales support, account management, client service, project management, or administrative roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong business writing, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with experience working in corporate or client-facing environments where discretion and protocol are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop a plus.
  • Experience developing sponsorship proposals, pitch presentations, and sales materials.
  • Exceptional proofreading, editing, and compositional skills; writing samples and assessments are required.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to anticipate team and client needs.
  • Knowledgeable about and enthusiastic toward culture, entertainment, and storytelling. Top of Form
