Nice Ash Cigars is looking for a Sales & Data Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and great with people — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle simple order processing with accuracy and speed
- Maintain and update sales records and inventory data using Excel
- Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Support daily operations with a focus on organization and follow-through
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel
- Comfortable managing simple, repetitive tasks efficiently
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Friendly and professional with a customer-first mindset
- Prior experience in a retail or office setting is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
