Provide college and career coaching services to high schools within the College’s service district. Northeast Iowa Community College College and Career Coaches work directly with high school students to help them determine plans after high school. As a College and Career Coach, you will work with high school students from a variety of backgrounds and personal experiences to help them determine and pursue long-term career and life goals after high school graduation. College and Career Coaches make an impact every day in helping students find their passions, career exploration opportunities, and learn more about opportunities after high school.
