Nic & Norman’s is hiring an Assistant Manager.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting the team, and helping create a great guest experience every shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy, full-service restaurant. The right person leads by example and is comfortable jumping in anywhere — from the dining room to the kitchen — to support the team.
Assistant Manager – Full Time
- 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
- Hands-on leadership supporting both FOH and BOH
- Comfortable leading shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, steady, and confident during busy service
- Hospitality-driven and guest-focused
- Team-oriented leader who jumps in where needed
