Nibboh Magnets LLC is looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in B2B sales and business development. A background in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field is required. What You'll Do
- Generate new leads through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and market research.
- Identify and qualify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities through the sales process.
- Respond to customer inquiries and solve problems quickly and professionally.
- Assist with quotations, proposals, and customer orders.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, operations, sourcing, and logistics teams.
- Support new company initiatives and execute sales strategies.
- Help expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits, sales meetings, and business development activities as needed.
- Travel locally and, when required, to other locations for customer meetings, trade shows, sales activities, and business development.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of sales, business development, or related experience.
- Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical background is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers by email.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in Levittown, NY.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel for sales and customer development activities.
Compensation & Growth $4,000 per month Competitive Commission
