As an Order Filler, you’ll ensure the seamless preparation and fulfillment of orders, making every delivery a success story.Key Responsibilities:Accurate Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.Inventory Management: Organize, replenish, and monitor stock levels to maintain seamless warehouse operations.Shipping Preparation: Verify items, label packages, and prepare shipments for timely delivery.Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily and monthly order goals.Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects and ensure all outgoing orders meet company standards.Maintain Organization: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized to optimize efficiency.What You Bring to the Role:Attention to Detail: Sharp focus to ensure order accuracy and high-quality standards.Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or moving for extended periods.Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability: Quick learner ready to handle shifting priorities with a positive attitude.Experience: Prior experience in order fulfillment, packing, or a warehouse role is a bonus but not required.
