SUNY Niagara is seeking candidates for part-time Surgical Technology Instructors to teach clinical in a Surgical Services department: 12 hours per week (2 days, 6 hours each) in the Surgical Technology Associate Degree Program.The remuneration for persons teaching at least 3 credits in a semester will be: $960 per lecture hour/$860 per lab hour.The clinical assignments will be held twice per week either with a 6 hour lab or a 12 hour lab. This position is an exempt position and the compensation earned would be $5,160for a 6 hour lab or $10,320 for a 12 hour lab.Paid orientation to teaching, responsibilities will be provided. Individuals with current clinical proficiency and/or teaching experience are particularly encouraged to apply.In order to build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to meet our present and future needs for this position, SUNY Niagara will accept applications on a continuous basis.
