What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Nursing Tutor position at niagaracc-suny?
SUNY Niagara is seeking applications for Nursing Tutors to support students enrolled in NUR 211. Tutoring sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday around nursing lecture times. We are looking for someone with expertise in orthopedics/neuroscience, pediatrics, and cardiology.This role offers an opportunity to sit in on NUR 211 lectures during the first five weeks of the semester to become familiar with course content and better support our students' academic success.Paid orientation and observation of lecture content weekly will be provided. Individuals with current tutoring and/or teaching experience are particularly encouraged to apply.In order to build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to meet our present and future needs for this position, SUNY Niagara will accept applications on a continuous basis.
