What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Baker position at Niagara Produce?
Seeking a reliable, organized individual for our Bakery Department
Qualifications:
- Read and comprehend instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstation in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with other bakery tasks as needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
- Consistant attendance
- Good communication skill
Requirements:
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with availability during weekends or evenings, and Holidays if needed (closed for Easter, New Years, Thanksgiving & Christmas)
- Bakery experience not required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods and bend
