Senior Associate Attorney
Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm based in Newark, NJ seeks Senior Attorney to manage team of attorneys and paralegals handling personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability from inception through trial of cases to verdict.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions, obtaining and reviewing medical records and expert medical examinations.
- Prepare and argue dispositive motions.
- Communicate with clients regarding intake, case updates and settlement negotiations.
- Communicate with defense attorneys, insurance adjusters, expert witnesses, and courts.
Ideal candidate is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
