Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is in growth mode and currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Emergency Department team. This is a meaningful opportunity to play a vital support role in the fast-paced ED setting, working directly with patients and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). You will assist in delivering care that aligns with the overall plan developed collaboratively with patients and the care team.
Full time openings on all shifts
Requirements:
- High School Graduate/GED.
- Personal Care Assistant I - Personal Care Aide and CPR Certification within eighteen (18) months of employment. No prior work experience required.
- Personal Care Assistant II – Personal Care Aide and CPR Certification upon hire. 1 year work experience as a Nurse Aide.
