Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Support Professional located in Clarksville, TN. The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing personalized support and care, facilitating day-to-day activities, and helping individuals achieve their personal goals. The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Services and working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in providing Training and support to individuals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in social work or related fields are a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others
