Ni Hao Tea is a premium boba tea store in Tucson that focuses on quality, service, and consistency. We are seeking enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boba tea and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Summary of Experience

· No previous experience required. Food and beverage related experience is preferred.

Basic Qualifications

· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

· Available to work flexible hours that may include evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

· Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality boba drinks, cash handling and store safety and security

· Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

· Prepare boba drinks to standard recipes or customized for customers

· Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Ability to learn quickly

· Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Ability to build relationships

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.45 - $17.00 per hour
