Field Project Manager

NHV Painters is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to oversee daily operations on painting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, experienced painter who is eager to take the next step into a leadership and management role.

We’re looking for someone who is bilingual (Spanish & English), comfortable with technology, and motivated to lead teams in the field while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily painting operations on-site
• Communicate clearly with crew members and clients in both English and Spanish
• Utilize technology (iPad/tablet) for scheduling, reporting, and communication
• Ensure safety, quality, and deadlines are consistently met
• Serve as a liaison between crews and clients to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Comfortable using modern technology (iPads, mobile apps, etc.)
• Painting experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $52,000 - $90,000 per year
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Pay Schedule: Weekly
