As a Night Shift RN, you’ll serve as the primary clinical leader overnight, providing high-quality nursing care while ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care.

- Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team
- Provide reassurance and emotional support to residents
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Foster a safe, calm, and therapeutic nighttime environment
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical skills in geriatric or rehabilitation care
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently overnight

- Current BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
