We Are In Search Of a Qualified Rehab CNA
Under the direction and supervision of the Restorative Nurse, assists residents in performing rehabilitative activities that will help the resident to achieve a maximum level of functioning:
- Carries out non-skilled patient care activities that augment rehabilitation goals in the skilled nursing facility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times.
- Provides patients with additional daily opportunities, either individually or in a small group, for engagement and physical activity outside of skilled therapy sessions.
- Communicates with patients, families, and staff members regarding therapy scheduling and helps coordinate services to maximize patient involvement.
- Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude towards the elderly and disabled
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the position
