- Hourly Pay Range: $30.60–$40.00/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: PRN

The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.
