As an RN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents receive quality, compassionate care throughout the night.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
- Base Pay of $33.25-$43.65 per hour based on experience
- $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
