Weekend Day Shift Differential: $0.75/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care across assigned units.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively across different units and resident populations.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Flexible, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
- Base Pay of $31.00-$40.40 per hour based on experience
