Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hour weekdays | $2.75/hour weekends
Work 7 Days. Enjoy 7 Days Off.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the assigned unit.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Charge Nurse experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
- Base Pay of $31.00-$40.40 per hour based on experience
- $2.00/hour Evening Shift Differential on Weekdays
- $2.75/hour Evening Shift Differential on Weekends
