👩⚕️ Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This role works closely with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and compassionate care.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key member of the RN team
- Monitor resident conditions, perform assessments, and document changes accurately
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate residents and families regarding care plans and health conditions
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents
- Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
