- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions and changes in status
- Communicate effectively with supervising nurses and physicians
- Support quality resident care and infection control practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents and families
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- BLS/CPR certification required
