🩺 What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Perform nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team
- Hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
- LPNs interested in making a change from a larger healthcare environment are encouraged to apply
