Now Hiring: Dietary Aide
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in supporting quality care and enjoys being part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery
- Keep work areas, equipment, tables, and floors clean and sanitary
- Wash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and store clean items properly
- Review meal trays for accuracy based on menus and diet orders
- Store raw and leftover food safely and correctly
- Follow all Universal Precautions, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
- Work some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotation
- A patient, respectful, and upbeat attitude—especially when working with older adults and individuals with disabilities
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable, dependable, and able to perform the essential functions of the role
