Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Help residents move safely using proper transfer techniques and equipment.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Observe residents’ physical and emotional status and report any changes to the nurse.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through communication and compassion.
- Current CNA certification in the State of Arkansas.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (we’ll train the right candidate).
