What You’ll Do
As an AIT, you will:
- Learn the full scope of nursing home operations including clinical services, financial management, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
- Train directly under seasoned administrators and regional leadership.
- Develop and refine leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive organizational excellence.
- Gain hands-on experience in staff development, community relations, and strategic planning.
- During the first year you will be a road warrior working and learning in several different departments in various facilities across the state....from Athens to Mobile.
We are seeking candidates who:
- Demonstrate strong leadership characteristics and the drive to inspire teams.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with staff, residents, and families.
- Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Individuals with a concentration in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing or Business Management is desired.
- Having held or holding leadership positions, whether it be sorority/fraternity, class officer, club officer or an athletic background will set you up for success in this role.
- Are eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
