To ensure maximum exposure of advertising to the target audience, surpassing our competition while adhering to budget constraints to drive maximum conversion rates and ROAS. To do this you will be comfortable with collecting and analyzing performance data, and generating reports for data driven changes focused on results. You will keep a good balance between the quality and quantity of leads across all campaigns, striving for an optimal cost per lead. You will have an understanding of marketing funnels. You will be constantly learning and will use your research and knowledge to assist our clients and company in refining target audiences and implementing effective strategies to engage and convert those audiences. To do this you are constantly studying the ad platforms you manage while looking for insights and creative approaches to maximize performance from around the industry.

Prior experience in media buying, facebook advertising, or similar
Experience with Google Suite, specifically Sheets
Well-organized, detail oriented, ability to multitask with great follow-up skills and superior communication
Ability to learn at a high rate and hungry for more knowledge
Able to research information and develop competencies alone then apply them quickly and accurately
Quiet home office
Reliable, fast internet connection with a modern computer

High speed internet with average speeds above 25 MB/s or higher
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
