Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience minimum in commercial driving and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency on the road. This role involves transporting ag commodities and construction materials using various types of trucks, dump trucks, and tractor-trailers. The Truck Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Duties
- Operate and drive different types of trucks, dump trucks, and tractor-trailers.
- Plan routes effectively to ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Keep equipment clean and presentable.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
- Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving principles.
- Familiarity with operating dump trucks, tankers, and tractor-trailers is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass all required background checks and drug screenings.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety on the road.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
